In our eternal quest to bring swing to the galaxy, its always nice to play in the milkyway! Saturday March 8 we are supportact for the Beatbusters, who will present their new CD in one of the holiest places in the Netherlands: De Melkweg, Amsterdam! We will be rocking the stage with 30 minutes of pure twenties-style swinging action, featuring the legendary solos of Jape the Raping Ape, the thundering scallywagscat of the Amazing Wobbo, and the mirrordance of the Monkey-twins! For a true freakshow, you know where to go… You are invited!
Every friday the TV program “De Wereld Draait Door” has this item called “De Clip Klassieker”, where the clip that has the best rating is put on national TV. Go *here* to rate our clip (clicky on the fifth star ;D) and write a comment (if you have no inspiration, just say “Fuck yeah TrenchcoaT!” or something like that), and maybe tonight we will be broadcasted!!
The presentation of our new videoclip was a big succes! Loads and loads of crazy people coming to the LVC to see the release, screaming and swinging, and gulping down booze 😀 Thank you to everyone who was there!
Also a thank you to Suzy Silkpuss, who blasted everyone away with her powerful voice, and Corny Leak, who gave a fiddling performance with her violin ;D The show ended with the sexy Feline Vixens dancing on the stage, leaving the crowd to drool like a bunch of dogs! A big thanx to you too girls!

Still digesting the last remains of the terror-burgers we ate at the gig at Caddys Diner, we made a server move this weekend, resulting in more megabytes of TrenchcoaTness that can be uploaded! So, at last, we finally uploaded some new photos of four shows from 2007! And not some ordinary pics at that! Yes, people… We have managed to take multiple pictures of a Terrorburger! That said, i hope you saw the poster at the start of the site… cause this will be some serious swinging shizzle!! The whole summer we´ve been busy preparing just this one show and we still are working our asses off to get it perfect.. We´re arranging so many amazingly cool things for this show! Expect new songs, guest performances, Tobias will reveal the color of his boxershorts, free single give away, The Feline Vixens (still a suprise), Miss Suzy Silkpuss who will be pimping the stage in a dress that will make your pants fall off, and LOTS yeah i mean LOTS more things to make this night a m*th*rf*ck*ng blast!!! Ok, I hear you think, is that all? No of course not! We are gonna present our first videoclip, made by proffesional video-specialist Rogier Wieland! The support act will be one of the best ska bands in the Netherlands, The Solid Rocket Boosters! So yeah, dont miss out on that one :-O

We are against terrorism, but we love terror-burgers!! These huge hamburgers are only served at the amazing Caddy´s Diner in Purmerend.. And guess what? Thats exactly were TrenchcoaT is about to play next sunday 😀
This will be your only chance to combine our swinging music with the emperor of all burgers: the TERRORburger.. This collosal 17-euro three-double burger really has everything on it you ever dreamt of: onions, bacon, cheese, pineapple, fried eggs, mushrooms, corn, and lots of meat! Also, for the people with real good taste, a little bit of extra salt can be added. Sounds like heaven huh?

We’ll be back on stage from September with new tunes; in the meantime we’re enjoying a well-earned holiday and we have started building our own recording studio, which should take a while. But we promise there will be a kick-ass new TrenchcoaT album somewhere in 2008. Furthermore, the video of ‘Whatcha Got’ is going to be really cool and probably will see an autumn release!
